Dr. Konstantinos Pazalos is Head of the Data and Analytics team in PwC Greece. He is a Senior Transformation professional with a 12+ years of in-depth experience in solving business problems and optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness either through analytics or by implementing enterprise solutions (ERP, CRM, BI, e-Procurement, etc.).
He has been successfully leading project teams in multinational/multicultural contexts in numerous sectors, such as financial services, high-tech, shipping, heavy industry, etc. His academic work in Information Systems Adoption and Evaluation includes 18 original papers in world-class scientific journals and conferences with more than 100 citations.
