Pedro DAS NEVES MOREIRA is Digital Policy Officer at the European Commission – DG DIGIT. Prior to this position, Pedro DAS NEVES MOREIRA was Policy Officer in the European Political Strategy Centre, a team leader in the Directorate General ‘Communication networks, content and technology’ (DG CONNECT) working on Data Technologies and Analytics. Between 2004 and 2014, he was an expert consultant working on IT Service Management and Business alignment areas, processes and organisational maturity enhancements.
He graduated in Computer Sciences from HEB Brussels, in Information Technology Management at the Open University London and holds post-graduate degrees in European Union Law from King’s College in London and in Strategic IT management at the Derby University, London.
